Objective
The primary objective of this scheme is to:
- To enhance the employability of students by equipping them with skills and industry-specific knowledge, making them more attractive to prospective employers.
- To strengthen students’ practical skills and provide relevant industry exposure through training from qualified faculty and industry experts.
- To motivate students towards self-employment by offering orientation, training, and motivational sessions that encourage entrepreneurship.
- To support final-year students from engineering and polytechnic institutions, especially those from rural areas, in securing employment, starting entrepreneurial ventures, or establishing small-scale industries.
